Patient Access

Patient Access has replaced online services and is the new Platform for managing some of your health needs online. Here you can:

  • Order Repeat Medication
  • View some of your medical records
  • Update your personal details

Our online services are a convenient, user friendly way to take greater control of your health journey, particularly for those managing long term medical conditions.

 

Registering for Patient Access 

You can register for Patient Access here. Whether you are a previous user of online services or completely new, you will need to register.

It is important to note that some of the functionality offered through NHS England & Wales is not currently available in Northern Ireland.

Once you have registered using the link above, you will need to send an email to Registrations.Priory.Z00252@gp.hscni.net advising us that you have registered and confirming your name, DOB and mobile number. The Practice will then send you a 'Link Key' via email, which will allow you to add your specific GP Practice. 

In some instances the Practice may be required to verify your identity before providing a link key. When this is necessary, we will send an SMS with a link for you to upload ID. Once this is verified, the Link Key can be sent.

This service is only available to individuals and cannot be set up for families. It is available to all those aged 16 and over.

 

Right to withdraw or withhold access

The Practice retains the right to withhold or withdraw access to the service, particularly where it is being abused, or has been abused in the past. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Repeatedly making appointments then cancelling them online
  • Any offensive messages included with medication requests
  • Requesting Prescriptions you do not need.
