SELF HELP

PLEASE CLICK ON "SELF HELP" ON THE RIGHT-HAND SIDE OF THIS PAGE TO VIEW INFORMATION ON TREATING YOURSELF FOR COUGHS, COLDS, SORE THROATS AND FLU-LIKE ILLNESSES ETC.  THESE USUALLY RESOLVE WITHIN A FEW DAYS AND FOR MOST PEOPLE YOU DO NOT NEED TO CONSULT A DOCTOR.

When the Practice is closed urgent medical cover is provided by the North Down & Ards GP Out of Hours Service - telephone 028 91 82 23 44.

The next Practice Flu Clinic dates are as follows:

Wednesday 21 November 9.00am - 4.45pm St Gall's Parish Church, Bangor

Thursday 29 November 9.00am - 4.45pm 1st Holywood Church

All patients aged 65 years old and over are invited to attend together with patients in "at risk" groups.  There is no shortage of vaccine and all eligible patients can be immunised.

The surgery will be closed on Tuesday 25th, Wednesday 26th December 2018 and Tuesday 1st January 2019.

If your repeat prescription is due for reorder over the holiday period, please ensure you order your prescription, collect it from the surgery and have it dispensed by your pharmacist in good time to ensure you do not run out of your medication when the surgery and your local pharmacy is closed.
