Flu Vaccination Clinics

Update regarding the practice Flu Clinics October 2020

You may have already seen information in the press and the local news regarding the shortage of Flu vaccines across Northern Ireland.  This is affecting all GP Practices across the region.

If you have been given a date and time to attend a Flu vaccination clinic in Bangor or Holywood please do not come earlier but keep to your appointment date and allotted time slot.  If you arrive earlier you will be asked to return during the time slot on your letter.

In the event that we run out of flu vaccines we will endeavour to keep you informed.  Please check back to this page regularly for updates.

Under 65 years "At Risk" patients

There is currently a shortage of the QIVc vaccine which is used for those who are under the age of 65 years.  In the event that we run out of the vaccine you will be offered to receive the vaccine at a later date when the vaccine becomes available to us.  Please keep checking this section of our website for updates regarding it.

Over 65 years patients

There is currently a shortage of the aTIV vaccine which is used for those who are over the age of 65 years.  In the event that we run out of the vaccine you will be offered to receive the vaccine at a later date when the vaccine becomes available to us.  Please keep checking this section of our website for updates regarding it.
