IMPORTANT UPDATES

  • The practice will be closed on Monday 1st April and Tuesday 2nd April 2024.  

  • Pre-bookable telephone appointments with a GP are now available.  Avoid the 8:30 am rush if you do not require a 'same day' telephone consultation with a GP.

Mark is responsible for the overall management of the practice, which includes both Priory and Springhill Surgeries. 

Administration

Mrs Samantha Beale (f)

Office Manager, Priory Surgery

Samantha is the Office Manager in Holywood, and is responsible for the day to day running of our administration department at Priory Surgery.

Mrs Nicola Wilson (f)

Office Manager, Springhill Surgery

Nicola is the Office Manager in Bangor, and is responsible for the day to day running of our administration department at Springhill Surgery.

Reception

The Medical Receptionists are here to help you to make appointments, order prescriptions, obtain test results and answer any queries.


The GPs have asked the Reception team to obtain some information from you when you contact us, in order that they can direct you to the best person to assist you.
