Recent correspondence to GP practices from HSCB states

"It should be noted that neither GP's, other HSC organisations, nor the VMS team are able to issue letters to the agreed standards."

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A GP LETTER REGARDING YOUR COVID VACCINATIONS FOR TRAVEL PURPOSES AS IT WILL BE INVALID. REQUESTS FOR LETTERS WILL BE REFUSED.

Please remember our phone lines are very busy and requests for GP letters regarding COVID vaccinations for travel purposes, which are currently invalid, take up considerable reception time on the telephone.

Vaccination Centres

If you are booking an appointment to attend a vaccination centre for your COVID vaccination  e.g. SSE Arena

YOU DO NOT REQUIRE YOUR HEALTH AND CARE NUMBER

Please do not phone the surgery asking for your health and care number as more urgent calls will be trying to get through.
